PRODUCTS
All our products are brand new and are covered by manufacturer’s warranty – with the exception of the products listed in the “USED/OLD STOCK” category. These products are not covered by warranty and each listing describes the condition of each sold item accurately.
We may decide to sell a displayed item/pack/set and that will be clearly described within the listing.
PRICES
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. While our aim to keep our prices competitive, prices may be adjusted according to the daily exchange rates as most of our products are imported.
ORDERS
Orders can be completed through our online checkout though they are not final and we reserve the right to accept or reject an order or a particular product if it has become unavailable, sold out by the manufacturers, if we have made an error in the price or any other error relating to the description or the image displayed for that particular product.
RETURNS
We will only accept returns of unused items within 12 days from the sale date. Once an item is return we will inspect it to make sure it has not been used or damaged before issuing a refund.
Please contact us to receive a return approval form. A 15% restocking fee might apply. The buyer is also responsible for the return postage costs.
PAYMENTS
We accept Bank Transfer (EFT), all major credit cards and PayPal.
Orders paid with PayPal will be posted to your PayPal confirmed address only.
PRIVACY / SECURITY
While we do our best to keep your information secure we also ask that you do not share your personal login details with others. The information we ask you to provide is strictly used for processing your orders. We will never share your personal details with third parties.
